John Dunbar
John Dunbar is the President and CEO of Golden State Framers and brings a strong background in business development and corporate management to the company. John concurrently serves on the board of several other corporations and a local charity. He holds a BA in business administration, and an MBA.

Gary Viano
Gary Viano is the founder of Golden State Framers and has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information, Business Management, and Advanced Business Management. As General Manager, Gary is currently working toward a degree in Infrastructure Management at Vanguard University.

Ron Larsen
Ron Larsen has been running field operations for Golden State Framers since its conception. With 32 years experience in the construction industry, Ron was named Vice President of Operations in 2006.

Ron Shafer
Ron Shafer has been with Golden State Framers for over 20 years. Starting off in the field and working his way from journeyman carpenter, to foreman, to construction manager, Ron became Vice President of Sales and Estimating in 2006. He is currently working toward an advanced degree in Business Management at Vanguard University.

Bob Mangold
Bob Mangold is CFO of Golden State Framers and brings over 30 years of financial management experience in the contracting and building business. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Henry Carr
Henry Carr began working for Golden State Framers over 20 years ago as a journeyman carpenter. Shortly after, Henry began running field crews as a foreman. In 2007, Henry joined our operations team as Field Superintendent.
